ALL lights are flickering

When I say ALL, I really mean all. The headlights, courtesy light, trunk light, even my stereo's screen is flickering. Its subtle, and hard to notice when your driving, but for example whem im parked at night, I can definately see my headlights are flickering a bit. Or when its dark and I turn the light on inside my car, I can see it.

Anyone have any idea where to begin troubleshooting this?

The flickering can be attributed to a bad alternator especially the internal voltage regulator. However, you should have the battery and charging system tested. Also, make sure the battery terminals and cables are good - clean, tight and free of corrosion.
