Need Help with Celica ST 89

I have a problem recently, My power steering fluid is spewing out from the cap everytime I turn the wheel. It'll only spill out when turning, if I leave it idle it doesnt do anything. Then again I never flushed my fluids in a.. long ass time D: I'm no car guy thats for sure but anyways, the fluids are all nasty and brown so yea, compared to the bottle my power steering fluid I'm using to put in.. only to be spit back out turning brown.

Any ideas of whats wrong? Or what I can do? (besides getting fluids flushed?) Could it be something else? I just cant figure out whats wrong really
