No Place to mount front license plate

I recently bought a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix and it has no place to mount a front licence plate. I live in a state the requires me to have this. Can anyone tell me how to mount one? Is there an adapter bracket?

The dealer has a front plate mounting kit available. It is considered an option that degrades the lines of the vehicle and is not required in all states. a lot of other makers are starting to do it that way too.
