Hello, Having problems with a 2000 caravan 4 cylinder. Originally had stalling and previous fuel problems. Replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump.
On startup asd, fuel pump, ac clutch relays clicking. would not start. Checked & charged battery, no help. cleaned all grounding post no help. Began isolating... disconnected ac clutch, fuel pump and sender, both o2 sensors, crank and cam sensors. with all this disconnected still had clicking relays and no start ( while trying to start sounded like timing problems etc).
...anyway, disconnected bcm and clicking slowed down. was able to start vehicle but the relays are still clicking so vehicle will stall, will not continue to run and shuts down completely when bcm is connected again. will continue to work with this car, any help would be appreciated. thanks:screwy:

Sounds like you've checked the primary sources. If the battery passed a load test and the battery to engine and engine to chassy ground connections are squeaky clean and tight, then you've got me. Inspect the PCM connection for anything amiss. Jump the van using jumper cables and another car.

yes, Im scratching my head still... I have had the battery checked and is good ( before that I tried to jump with my suburban and then used the battery out of the 2500 454-- still no help).
I think Im going to fully disconnect the bcm and see if it helps (only have one connector removed right now).

Third time in three weeks I've heard of a PCM fixing starting problems and none the previous 3 years. Good to hear you're on the road again.
Just curious. Where did you get a PCM for $30? Another zero on that price is the norm. Great find!
