put them in there for 15 minutes at 250 degress F.
It gets the sealant real hot and easy to pull apart. Also, after you're finished, put the headlight together and put it back in the oven at the same temp and time. Then push it back together again, real good and then use some sealant if you feel you need to.

blow dryer. use gloves, get ur moms hair dryer an go at it. this way u can avoid any unwanted melting (don't kno if 250 would hurt it, but i wouldn't take the chance), when u can jus use a hair dryer all the way around.

when i did mine, i used a hairdryer. BUT, that took forreeevver. and as i went around the headlight, the silicon would keep resealing on the parts i had already pulled apart. alot of people have used an oven to do it and they came out fine. whichever you do, im sure will work. post pics!

The oven works great, it gets the plastic hot and melts the seal. 250 isn't enough to melt the plastic. It should be fine.

most ppl just 'bake' their lights to remove the orange
it's much faster and simpler than hairdryer
