wiper problem update.

i found the problem with my wipers not going all the way down in the off position and the lack of a delay. it turns out that it was the wiper control module located under the driver's side dash. i bought one off of ebay for $12

i'm still working on my crazy door lock problem, but i will post my findings when i fix the problem.
