The light on the left side of the IP Cluster is the Service Vehicle Soon light (SVS) which is not the same as the SES/CEL Mil light. Is the one on the right which is SES (Service Engine Soon) on?

Use lowercase letters please, otherwise you are yelling.
The SVS (Service Vehicle Soon) light is covered at p. 2-73 of the owner's manual. It triggers when you have non-emissions related faults. An ABS problem will cause it to come on as will certain burnt out lamps or a DRL problem.

Sounds like you may have a bad A.B.S. sensor..Mine (98) does the same thing. SVS, traction and brake lights.

Best thing to is get it scanned with an ABS capable scanner. Body control/chassis and ABS DTC codes are stored in history so it may indicate if there is a bad wheel sensor at any of the hubs. A common problem on intermittent ABS faults is the electrical connector at the hub or the wiring along the lower control arm and to the EBTCM module.
