I recently bought a '00 Durango and I was just looking at the spare tire and realized I couldn't figure out how to get it off. I have no manual. thank you.

You need to:

1. Open back door.
2. Open a small compartment on the floor (there are instructions on the inner side)

3. Unplug little rubber plug.
4. Stick a extenssion that comes with your car into the openning
5. Unscrew the tire counterclockwise.

You spare should drop on a little cable. I think you can get it from there.

Best regards.
