This may be a silly question, but to cover the basics, did you check the fuel pump fuse?

ok this is what i got done today i popped the top of the relay off i can get good fuel pressure by manually engaging the relay. Thought it would start from the gas i forced up, nothing so i checked for spark i have no spark. Ignition Module?? pick up? it is a brand new relay by the way

Just some thoughts..... relays use a power source to control the flow of power to a componenet (fuel pump in this case); relays are used typically as switches to operate high-draw components. A wiring diagram would help a lot in your trouble shooting....I would find out if the relay is getting switching power to close it so power flows to your fuel pump. If the relay and pump are new and you can get the pump to run by manually engaging the relay, then it would seem the relay is not getting its control power. I would check the fuse panel....check them all and also check any fuses in the relay control box in the engine bay. There may be other components/sensors powered when the fuel pump relay is energized closed or powered by the control power circuit of the relay.
Good luck...
