Does anyone know what vw motor this is and in which models it was used the intake seems on the wrong side from the 16v I know

That intake maniforld if off from a 16v vw, the scirraco's had the throttle body on the driver's side I think, also it normally reaches across the engine and attaches it to the head in the front so I don't know where you found this engine but it might be photo chopped or someone had too much time on their hands and a welder... hope it helps.
