DRL Relays...

What is the best way to get to the DRL relays above the glove box on my 01' Corolla? My DRL's or headlights aren't working right now. The only thing that works is the emergency/blinker lights, rear/brake lights, and brights. Was wondering if this is most likely a bad relay or if I have to get a whole new DRL/Headlight switch, which by the way comes as a whole unit!!! The damn thing costs $140!!! Even though nobody gives a flying f@ck I found the problem of the relay switch. Because I suspected it wouldn't be the switch or relays, the other lights would come on, I decided to replace just the light bulbs. Well, that was the problem. Thanks again for everyones help.
