Adding horsepower

I am wondering if there is an aftermarket turbo charger that can be put on a Dodge Dakota with a V8 engine. I am looking to increase horsepower. Also if it is possible what else would need to be done to handle the extra horsepower? For example, would it need extra cooling, different transmission etc?
