Anyone willing to buy my 2000 Z3? It's white and in excellent condition. new tires and detailed, the works. Upgraded sound system.
41,000 mile from new. never been in a crash. 2.3L conv. 5 speed manual. 187h.p. Any buyers call me at 858-3024!:rocket:

another friend of me bought a 2.8 last week

i got it with 2600 in march 2002

Mine has 45,000 miles on it and the check engine light comes on every thousand mile it seens:flamer:

i have to put oil in for all 5000 km
it needs so much oil it´s crazy
i put in now 5 or 6 litres for 20000km... (without oil service change)

I'm trying to keep my mile down so i rented a pontiac grand prix(SUCKS!) for going into the city and to new jersy where i work. I'm going to buy a 3.0L 6speed conv. Z4 in about a year.:D

my dad also thaught of buying me one but probably at the end of 2003 when first used cars with low milage are available

I wish my dad would buy me a cool car like that. I have to pay for eveything on my own

i crashed my z3 and he said doesn´t mind insurance pays :D
luckily he pais the insurance, too
but i pay the petrol and thats more than 90$ a week

How fast have you gotten up to in the Z3? Ever taken it on the Autobahn

most days i go more than 200 kmh
yea i often reach the top speed of 224..
on tacho i got 240 one time when i drove down a hill
when the cabrio is open it accelerates much slower and it takes a lot of time until top speed is reached!

I've only hit about 110mph/???kmh. My engine automaticly shuts down at 115mph. But a friend of mines dad got an ECU chip in his 99' Porsche 911
and hit about 170mph/???kmh with him in the car:frog:

I don't think i'll be driving my Z3 for a while cause of the 7inches of snow on the ground right now. the other reason i have a rental car right now is because i was trying to avoid hitting a spining car and swerved and hit the curb and the spining car and now the front end is all smashed up.:bloated:

yea the z3 is quite hard to drive at snow!

you have to think if you really need it!
if you buy one then buy the mini! i like it !

I like the mini but is it really good in the snow? it is made by BMW. The WRX is all weel-drive:D. And the RSX will run for ever and is Front weel drive. Also good in snow.

of course the other 2 cars are better in nsow than the mini cooper.
but i don´t know how much snow you have per year...
here in germany we can have snow from november till beginning of march
but mostly when it begins to snow we have a good winterservice so that the "autobahn" is always dry without snow or ice!

The snow here varies each year. Say in 1996 in early November we got about a foot of snow. This year late November we got about 5 inches abd about 3 weeks ago we got another 7-8 inches. The roads are always icy out here.
