97 Blazer-no power to dash or fuel pump

My Blazer won't start. When I turn the key I get power to the radio and power windows, but no power to the dash lights or fuel pump. Turning the key, I can hear it try to start but won't. I've been having intermittent problems... while driving it would jerk then the airbag light would flash and I would hear the ding as if I had just started it. The blazer would continue running.

Common problem on 1997... faulty ignition switch.
