:banghead: i have a 1995 bonneville it has been stalling out lately at low rpm and tryies dying on the highway to if you don't keep the rpm's up but it getting a Intermiitent signal from the camshaft sensor. so i repaced the sensor and worked great for a week. now it's coming up with te same camshaft sensor code ad stalling out again. i've cleaned the battery terminals (they weren't bad at all ) and i'e replaced the IAC by recomendatin from a mehanic. if anyon could help i would appreciate it thanks

I assume that you are getting a code 41. This code can be either the cam or crankshaft sensor. You have replaced one, so guess what is next?

You said you changed the sensor, did you check if the magnet was there.

yes i did scheck to see if the magnet was there the old one came out in one piece. so i guess i'll change the crankshaft sensor if your telling me the code is the same one.

I would also assume crank sensor then.

yeah, the cps will act up more oftenly when the engine is warm, therefore you can pin point it a little bit more easily, but that would by my guess as well. it's the sensor that intersects the interruptor ring on the harmonic balancer(bottom pulley) good luck
