My wippers won't work!!!!

The wippers on my girlfirends 2001 Hyundai accent started to slow right down
to the point were the barely go up stop and not come down with out some help. I checked the fuse it was fine. Went and got another wipper motor and it wasn't the either. I guess the linkage is seazed up???:banghead:

Is what some guy told me?

Dose anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Any help would be a big help!!!!

linkage is seazed up, current problems on some models (not just Hyundai, my roomate changes his linkage twice on his 2003 VW Golf).

Go to the dealer and buy a new linkage kit.
