please help me with my espace

hi i have a 98 espace 2.2td and every since i replaced the batt my radio and cd dont work all i have come up in the dash is phone but i dont have a phone can anyone tell me how to get this off thanks allen

Hi there, you need to reset your stereo code in order for the stereo to work again.
