I want to change the cabin air filter myself anyone know if it is difficult or where to find it? The dealer wants a fortune for it and I can't see it being that difficult to replace.
Cheers

I was told by Hyundai of America that the 04 Santa Fes shipped to the USA did NOT have a cabin air filter. I became suspicious when my dealer wanted to charge me $55 to change it but no mention of it in the owner's manual.

There IS a cabin filter for the Santa Fe, it's not installed from factory and you have to ask for it.
the part number is : 97619-3D000
55$ is a fair price for a cabin filter change, the filter alone usually cost around 40$ (might depend on the model and if the dealer is greedy).
it's ALL in the link I provided above!
