So what's next people?

I was thunking about eather going with new headers or an exhaust system.What do you guys think would give me more power?I can't go with both for now,but it's only a matter of time untill i get the other :D .And what kind of each do you recomend?I would like an exhaust that is cheap offers good power,and has a nice sound.Not too deep and not too quiet.How bout headers?Which ones do you recomend.It's for an sr24de.

PS:What's a test pipe?? :confused: :confused: They go for $100.
