Nice car but too many problems

I bought a 2002 SL in 2004 and have nothing but problems with it. The catalytic converter was replaced in 2005. and was still under warranty. The gas filler tube went, the rear wheel ABS sensor failed, the sub frame had to replaced (covered by Nissan), the rad leaked, engine eats a quart of oil every
month, and two recalls. I'm fed up with the car. Is this typical Nissan workmanship?

I have a 2002 2.5 S and this year alone, I have had the headgasket, radiator, rear brake rotors, brakepads and now it's either the O2 sensor or the catalytic convert is going.. Everything started happening to this car when it turned 5 yrs old in April. I bought the car brand new and just experiencing problems.. But I am starting to nickel and dime this car and I don't want to keep doing it.
