No 5th & Reverse?? - 93 4wd Tracker

1993 Geo Tracker - 4WD - 5 Speed

1) The shifter will not shift into 5th or Reverse, it doesn't even slip into there. It shifts fine in all other gears.

2) If there is a problem in shift cover, do I need to drop the back side of tranny down to remove the top shift cover. There isn't much room in there.
