Jack & Stands

I would like to place a jack stand under each jacking point (notches in rocker panel flange), but where would be a safe jacking point underneath the vehicle?...or if I were to use a floor jack at the jacking points (notches in rocker panel flange), where would be a safe place to position the stands? Thanks
