I have to get the exterior seal pressed because of the bearing but not interior seal on the housing for anyone with same problem

You should be able to tap it in with a suitable diameter piece of pipe and a hammer.

If it's the inner seal, you have to pull the axle shaft/drum brake assy.
Basics:
First disconnect the brake line and plug it.
There are 4 bolts on the back side that hold it onto the axle housing.
Slide the axle shaft assy out.
Pry out the seal with a screwdriver, etc.
Install the new seal, a socket the size of the seal makes it easier to tap it in.
