Grill for 03

I am wanting to put an aftermarket grill on my 03 1500. Which one do you think looks the best? Do the inserts look better then the overlay? The overlay installs much easier,but can you see the original grill under it? The bar across the front of my truck is chrome should I go with stainless steel chromed over, or billet aluminum? Do you have a pic of the style you like?
