passing emissions with hollow cat

whats the chances of my 95 3.0 4runner passing emissions if i have hollowed out my cat.... everything is still hooked up but just nothing in the cat.

I don't know for sure, but I'd bet they're not good.

my cat would be glowing red hot by just going around the block.... meaning that my cat is clogged so i dont think it was doing much to begin with

maybe it means you are running rich
