removing rotor on 4wd

can someone help me out removing the front rotor on a 95. do i have to take off the hub cover?

I changed mine last year (sportage 2000) and they are similar: just had to use heat too loosen the 2 screws (after breaking one phillips bit using impact) but hub was left in place.
