alright i have a question about an engine swap i am looking to do. is it possible to do a 2jzget into a mark III? if so would i need new engine mounts, harness, anything new, or could i just swap it in ?

It is not a bolt in swap. You will have to fab up motor mounts, splice the wire harness, and depending on model year the front sub frame may have to be changed out.

what about a 1jzgte? that would be a strait forward swap correct? i have no idea about supras so please help me out. if i need custom engine mounts and wire harnesses, could you tell me where i could get someone to do that for me?

The 1JZ and 2JZ share the same basic structure. The work needed to do the swap is pretty much the same. The only advantage the 1JZ has is if you manage to find a MKIII half cut you can transplant most of the parts.
If you don't have the skills or equipment to do some basic fabrication then you shouldn't be looking to do an engine swap.
