2004 explorer multiple recurring issues

Hi. Need Advice.
I have a 2004 Explorer with 43K miles. I bought it "used" in 05 with 11K on it from a dealer. It is now out of warranty, and.....
I've had the rear end clunk from reverse repaired twice, two transmission rebuilds and the "fluid" changed from the original to the compatible. Three rear end builts total. Something has been repaired a couple of times that the 4WD wants to engage from reverse, forget what that was. Any number of any problems.
ALL of these issues are BACK. New added problems....
Engine vibration in Idle (feels like it's going to die, but never has)
Transmission is slipping from 1st to 2nd.
Front wheels are spinning from stop (never heard of this one before)
Autotire cannot even hook up to it - computers won't "talk"
Finally to my question...
Is it worth repairing this thing again, or should I just trade it in and be done with it?
Can it even be repaired? Not temporarily. Cost?
Any ideas/advice appreciated.

With that low milage you sure have had a lot of problems. I'm sure it all can be fixed, but do you really want to. Tough decision.
