Are these any good????

Hey guys, I can get DAD reclinable racing seats off of EBAY with sliders for $399 w/ FREE SHIPPING. From the description and pictures they look pretty good. Does anyone know anything about these seats such as quality? Its pretty much come down to either these or the or the Tenzos unless I can find some other great deal. Your opinions are appreciated. Thanks

Never heard of DAD seats, if they look nice get them, but don't quote me on that.
