Rolling Code Setup
1.Locate the Learn or Smart button on the garagr door opener and press it.
2.Immediately press the programmed butto Homelink button (you have up to 30 seconds tp perform this step.
Then press the programmed Homelink button a second time to complete the programming(on some garage door openers you may need to press the programmed Homelink buttona third time.

You will notice it keeps saying the programmed Homelink button in these instructions.
My door opener does not not have rolling codes so I went by the first set of programming instructions which are.

1Press and hold the 2 outside buttons until the Homelink indicator light flashes.(May take up to 20 seconds)This is done to clear out any codes.
2.Hold the hand held transmitter right next to the Homelink (1-2 inches away) and simultaneously push the hand held transmitter button and the desired Homelonk button until the Homelink indicator light flashes. It will flash from slow to fast.
Repeat step 2 to program the remainig buttons if you want.
