My Heater Core Just Blew 2nd time

On my way from work the Dam Heater core just blew. I replaced the heater core 2 years ago. I took it back to The Radman that replaced it hoping there was a warranty and guess what! Nope 1 year warranty. Dam this is getting expensive. Has anyone replaced a heater core and how much work is it.
