97 grand am possible fuse issue?

Okay well i got a 97 grand am off my mother recently. It had a lot of work done, great condition...
Well 2 weeks after some jerk decides in the middle of the night he needs to break my mirror by kicking it and breaking it. The whole assembly is broken. I was upset but whatever, easily fixed. However one other problem arose.
My park brake, and ! light was on as well as the ABS light. I thought this was odd and probably related to the mirror. I looked in the manual and the park light and ! was related to low brake fluid... to which im full. Okay so i got a new mirror today and plugged it in to test. The mirror wont move(no power maybe?) and all the lights still seem the same.
My radio is dead etc. I'm betting a fuse has blown but i am not sure. Ideas anyone?

that would be a great place to start, try checking all ur fuses

Radio fuse is on the mirror circuit...
With the ICP lights you'll need to get it scanned with an ABS capable scan tool.
