z car performance

So anybody got some specs here? anything from dyno runs to drag races?
Or just my car has so much balls its fast... You know. Lets try and keep these to be either your times or buddys you know sorta deal... try not to embelish and not I once heard of....... ok all thats cool to (not the embelishing though make sure its all true...).....

I figured people would have chimed in when I posted the drag times then I noticed I did say 280zx at the drags should have just said at the drags or something .......

Anyway got numbers I'm sure more than just me want to know.....

So maybe no small block for my 300 after-all.......
I think I may try to get 500hp out of stock internals...
Lets see here I have a w block that needs new rings....
replace gaskets, portwork, hmmmm...
What kinda fuel where they using for 500hp?


boy I finally abandoned the old 300 in the thought of small block chevy....
After 3 motors in 3 weeks in the 300..

Motor 1 20= psi boost (friggin fast as hell)(bad rings)

motor 2 foreign object (my buddy who I didn't even inform of it being f.o.d. said was it a bolt with a weird looking washer(as in valve cover bolt)..... you mf

motor 3 assembled form misalainious parts of old motors head came from an overheated warped head motor............


finally got discouraged caught a deal on a 83 280zx and swapped all my parts from my old 280 and bam..... snappy ass street z
