Does anybody know a way to get the fog off the windows?

A polishing kit and some model wax; it usually works for me:)

What caused the fogging in the first place?

What caused it was the super glue. I asked the hobby shop and they told me to get this for it. I think I found a way to get the fog away because I used the testors window cement and window maker. Thanks alot anyways

i've learned the hardway...

superglue / zap-a-gap in anywhere near a clear part = foggy clear part  :bloated:

from now on i only use microsol's crystal clear :)

The only CA glue I use is Model Masters in the white bottle. If you shake it up and put it on sparingly, it doesn't fog, even glass.:sun:

Bare Metal polish worked for me.

You might want to try a product called Blue Magic.

It's metal polish but it works wonders on plastic. Buy the paste form in a tube or a tub. The tube is easier to control the amount applied.

I also use Mothers metal polish but it does not work as well as the Blue Magic

It's the chemical abbreviation for Cyanoacrylate, which means, to stick your fingers together in a heartbeat!

Like NOS stands for Nitrous Oxide.
