95 Riviera Power Window problem

On my 95 Riviera, neither switch on the drivers side master switch works for the windows. I tested the switch and everything was fine, but replaced just in case. This is not the problem. The window motors work correctly and I was consulting the wiring diagram to find where the problem was. There is a brown power wire which is supposed to have a constant 12v but does not have a reading. Based on this, I think that there is a control relay which controls the relay in the back seat that may be bad. I have power in the dark blue wire which is what leads me to believe the relay is bad and not an issue with the wiring. If what I am suspecting is correct, I need to know where to find the control relay. I believe it is in the dash, but do not know where. Please Help.

did some checking on the electric. I am not getting power to the wire that is supposed toe be constant and the reverse power wire has a constant charge... relay issue or short?

I have the eact same problem. Did you ever figure it out? Also, do you know where I can get a wiring diagram?
