info on parts...need help.

i need some infon about parts for the d16y8 or the sohc vtec. can you guys give me some AFTERMARKET PARTS FOR THIS ENGINE. PLEASE INCLUDE MANUFACTURER AND ESTIMATED WHP GAINS. i will be building an all motor 88 hatch with sohc vtec. HELP ME OUT. just need this info so i can get the best parts with the best gains for my car. any part is ok. from internals to exhaust. anything to make it faster. thanks.

I would say to pick up a tuner mag or get on the internet and do a search cuz there are lots of companies that make aftermarket everything for you victor.
