how bad would it have been...

I was coming home today and I was riding right next to a VR-4. I tell you, this was one clean car. Had at least exhaust and BOV and some really sweet rims. Anyway, the guy was latey 20's I'd say and was up for a little playing around. The traffic was very heavy so we couldnt really do much.

Two time we were able to get on it. The first time I kinda did a ricer fly-by from 20-40 mph. I was ahead of him by about 5 cars and I looked in my rear view mirror and saw him getting on it and he returned the favor. Thats when I heard his BOV. Sounded sweet. Second time I was right behind him at a light he was at the front. The light went green and he clearly was on it and I couldnt go WOT because I would have hit him. that was up to about 40mph then we let off. I dunno if he was WOT or not.

How bad would it have been for me if we were able to go heads up?

Well a good driver in a VR4 can pull a 0-60 of 4.8 seconds stock, and if they were modded it would have been bad. Just a few hundred dollars and some very basic bolt ons and you are in 12's. If he had after market turbos he would have been a rocket. I got to ride in a 3000gt with 13G's (the most basic turbo upgrade you can do) and that thing hauled and was a low 12 second car.

Well as nice as this was kept up I would bet it would have been a complete massacre. It would have been an honor though. I would sell my sister to the highest bidder to have a car like that...

No they were for sure not flip up. Thats one of the things I liked about it was the headlights.
