I have a 99 new style and the interior lights or the 3rd brake light does not work. Any suggestions???

Check fuses first. Than check the bulbs.

I have checked the fuses and they all are good, I'm not sure if its in the wiring or if its something else....????

On the brake light check the bulb. On the interior lights use a 12 volt test light on the brown wire comming from the light switch and see if you have power.

Just for reference: The fuse box under the hood on the left (driver's) side has the 15 amp 'CTSY LP' fuse in it. This fuse powers the courtesy lamp relay in the electrical center inside the truck. This electrical center is under the dash, to the left of the brake pedal. It has a square-type black cover with a long nut in the middle of it, and wiring coming out of the top of it.

If the courtesy lamp fuse is blown, then you have a power wire shorted to ground. If the fuse is ok, which it sounds like it is, then the next step is to check for power at the relay.
