trying to put a 525 engine in a 325 body

If I was putting a 92 525i engine in a 92 325 body. What would I need to do in order to make that conversion work. We originally thought it was a 325 engine..but when we got started on breaking the new apart we realize that it was a different engine that they had sent us. Please get back to me soon.
