You handle is "Chevytruckin365", is this a Chevy truck or Ford?
350, which 350?
What year?
Diesel or Gasoline (from your description it could be either one)?
Has it acted oddly in the last month or two before this happened?

This is going to make a mess but crack open all your lines and make sure you are getting good pressure at the injectors.
Pull the valve covers and make sure your valves are opening and closing like they should be.
Check all your glow plugs.
Are you getting any boost pressure at all from the turbo when the engine is trying to start?
Check your exhaust pipe for something someone may have shoved up inside it.

Only thing left I can think of is that black goop that was in your filter made its way into the injectors and clogged them, try pulling them out and soaking them in injector cleaner for a while.

The Diesel Mech- I talked to today said that the black sludge on filter is from O Rings on injectors gone bad and is regurgeatating oil through lines into filter
Through back pressure . So am going to replace O Rings tommorrow kit for all 8 injectors bout 135.00$ Will keep posting findings

Still can not get going Replaced gaskets on injectors went with out a hitch ,
next is either oil pressure regulator or (big daddy) Oil pump .....
Does anyone know how to bench test a oil pressure regulator Or on vehicle
it is right side down past the fuel filter kinda hard to get to !!!!!!!!!!!
looks like a magnet switched silinoid but will not energize also chacked on another truck a 96 but still no energize No magnetic pull
