99 Tahoe Hard to start when cold

It starts fine once it gets started but pretty tough the next morning and getting progressivky worse. I had to pump the gas a little bit this morning. I changed the cap and checked the plugs all seemed fine. I also had the fuel pump replaced last December because it died. Any Ideas?
