Problem with the Idle

Hi folks, I have a 1999 plymouth voyager with 135K miles on it. It started running rough about 3 months ago. After it lost power on a trip I replaced the coil, wires and plugs. This restored the power but the idle is still very rough. I put some injector cleaner in the tank to help clear it up. Anything else I need to tune on this vehicle. Any other thoughts?

Thanks

Pull the trouble codes. Look for any bad vacuum hoses or vacuum leaks. Clean the throttle body and throttle plate. Clean the IAC motor.
