2002 Venture inside door Panel

Can anyone tell me how I can get the inside door panel off so I can change the speaker. I would need step by step directions:banghead: ..

remove the power window/mirror switch assembly, then a couple of bolts - one behind the switches you removed and the other around the armrest. Remove the trim piece behind the door latch lever. Finally, start yanking on the panel; pulling out the christmas tree fasteners from the inner sheet metal.....
