Boxster Safety

I have been just toying with the idea of a Boxster (along with plenty of other cars) and I was just wondering if anybody knew how safe these are. I know the motor is in the back which leaves a frontal crash test at a lower level but I also know with advances in technology, cars are much safer now than they used to be. As far as 97-99 models I was just wondering if anybody had any links or had heard anything about them. I have tried looking around everywhere and I have come up empty handed.

there's a whole review on the, 97-05 boxster and wat to look for in them when purchasing, in the nov issue of i wanna say road and track. or maybe the oct issue.(it has the 2010 boxster on the cover)
very well manored cars, the on'es i've driven. like every other car it has had its issues with quility, but porsche has acknowledged them and fixed em or covered em.
but yea that article is really good info on the car.
