Crankshaft/Timing Noise

I have a '92 Cutlass Ciera and swapped out the engine. During the swap I also replaced the timing chain. Now when I run the engine there is an odd noise coming from the crankshaft area. Is the timing chain dampener not doing its job or is it something else?
