sephia fuel pressure regulator location

does anyone know where the fuel pressure regulator is locatedon this car it is a 98 sephia, i have been told it is at the fuel pump but i have taken it out and it is not there and i cant find it elswhere, i have been to the dealer and they just give me a photot of were it is but i cant seem to find it either. any help would be great! thanks
