Condensation in Headlights

Good Day Guys,

I've been reading quite a few posts on the condensation in headlights issue, there are many fixes mentioned however not a lot of feedback as to how well they work. Has anyone had a succesful fix that is long term? Resealing the lenses and drilling holes in the housing are fairly prominent fixes.
