Looking To Buy, But Can't Decide!

There's two hondas i'm looking at, a 93' accord with an Injen Intake system, motegi 17's, ect. for 1,975, but it's been parked awhile cause the kid lost his license and a 92' w/out intake, motegi 17's for $3000, or to trade my isuzu for (which i'm gettin rid of anyway.)

Which would you buy?

I would go with good paint, low milage, and maintenance records first before the extra goodies. Definately test drive them both local and freeway!
