2002 Nubria - too much oil

I had check the dip stick and it read about 1 quart low. I added 1 quart of oil to the engine. About 2 minutes after driving off, white/grey smoke starts to pour out the tail pipe. Engine RPM's are low (about 3-400 rpm) aloud clanking noise can be heard coming from the engine (52,000 miles). I finally get the car home and let it set all night. the next morning I drain the oil, about 2 quarts to much it seems. I put fresh oil back in, remove the spark plugs and the cylinders are full of oil. I squirt some gas in each cylinder and turn the engine over without spark. Now the car will barely start and idle as long as I keep patting the gas pedal. Here is my question - Do I need to reset the onboard computer back to factory specs. I'm thinking maybe the compter has readjusted the mixtures because of the oil that was in the cylinder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
