My car has been overheating for a couple weeks now. I dont have the money to get it into the shop just yet and its my only source of transportation. There is a leak in my coolant hose but its only a slow drip that accumulates overnight so I put in more coolant in the mornings before I leave. Last night I was driving on the highway when the gauge went past the H and I think I saw smoke, so I pulled over on the side of the road. I waited 10 minutes and tried to start the car but it only cranked and never turned all the way over. I tried putting in more coolant since it looked like the tank was bone dry but even still the engine wouldnt turn over. I have an interview in 3 days. Does anyone know what the problem is and if I go to a shop how much am I looking at in parts and labor??? Please help!!!!!!!!!

It's your Flux Capacitor. Those things are always causing trouble. I'm not sure how much a shop will charge you to replace it, but you can usually pick up the part on Ebay (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=flux+capacitor&category0=) for a reasonable price.

In all seriousness, it's almost impossible for anyone to help you with this one over the internet. You should try to get someone to look at it. That's probably the only way it's going to get repaired. Sorry.
